dlc not working 2

Okay so i tried using my code for stone prisoner and it made the dlc disappear, like in the first thread like this (now closed)

Following the advice found there i was able to get the armour fine but stone prisoner appears to be gone.

I've checked my download list and it doesn't appear to be bought. i went to buy it, in case it made it free, but nope would still charge me.

It confuses me why it disappeared from the in game download list while wardens keep remains and armour appeared.

The dlc is on the store now so thats not it.

Any advice would be great, thanks.

Where did you get the game? Rumor has it game store owners are stealing the codes and using them themselves. As far as it not appearing it is very unusual.

I would expect a patch for this game soon.

It was sealed plus i bought it from the shop i work in.

Did you input the code in-game main menu or did you go to Redeem codes in your account?

i wonder if you need to set up an EA account online at the dragon age website first? my brother had no problems whatsoever getting his DLC but we were checking everything we could out about this game pre-release like little crack heads and we both made an account on the dragon age server.....i guess it's worth a shot if you haven't already done so

Stone Prisoner reappeared on my download list (in game) so i now have it.

So if anyone else has this issue then frustrated patience is the key.

Yup, patience IS VITAL. My DLC appeared 3 days after inputting the code...only the armour remains invisible

Bioware is known for some weird glitches in epic games. They have yet to patch the game so put that into consideration.

the same exact shit happened to me

i input the code from the game menu i think, then all of a sudden the screen blacked out and it froze

i gave up all hope then a few days later the stone prisoner was marked as purchased so i was like ok i downloaded it

I input the redeem code in-game for the stone prisoner and downloaded it fine, but with the armor it says that my code is invalid.i tried at least 15 times, does anyone no what is going wrong as i am inputing the right code. and is this game supposed to play in full HD (1080p) i got a full HD tv and it only outputs at 720p, dont no why, anyone help me?

hmmm i have no idea whats wrong with your armor code. i heard someone say that people at gamestop ere busted for stealing codes out of this game....but it makes no sense if ur stone prisoner worked and the armor didnt. i also know that people reported that the free DLC codes would only be valid til july or somethin.....but that still doesnt make sense unless they stopped the armor from workin already. check your card for an expiration date maybe? idk what else to tell you really other than it really sucks if you cant get it....but there is better armor in the regular game. blood dragon armor does look pretty badass though.


oh and if u look on the back of the game box you will Supported HD Output: 720p. sorry man no 1080 for this game

Aw man, but im glad its only armor that doesn't work and not the £12 ($15) stone prisoner, also it says that it expires in April 2010.


Iv got the UK copy of the game, its shows that it supports HD 720p and says 1080p underneath it, im confused.
