Anyone else having any issues with this one or any of the other trophies?

Every time I get to the medical bay with SIE as my handler, I have always had the option to say "not a chance in hell", or "might as well". On my current run, I am aiming for the "ladies man" trophy, and so I need to romance all the ladies. For whatever reason, when I get to the medical bay this time SIE just walks out of the room after 3 dialogue choices, and none of them seem to bring on the one I need for the trophy. Her rep is at +5, and the only way I have ever gotten it higher is by pissing off Marburg, and I've had the options I need with her rep at only +2 anyway.
