how many attempts

ok so after about a year of giving up on getting a platinum on sega genesis collection, i got it today and suprise suprise the hardest one was yatta just wondering how many attempts it took people , must have taken me about 50 today i have tried on numerous occasions but today was just my day get in ......

It only took me 4 tries my first time. I'm good at those kinds of games. This should also be moved to the game's section.

yall youngins funny as hell...i guess im old enough that i remember a lot of the secret codes to get past all the levels of most of these games....easy to get yatta...jus throw the code in to get to the last boss off break..boom...easy trophy..damn i must b old..

I'm plenty old, trust me. I threw in the code to get to the last level. I've come very close to beating it a few times, i just get pissed at it and end up shutting it off. One of these dayts when i don't have many other games to play, i'll sit down, try to relax a bit, and hopefully beat it and get my plat for it.

thats what i did getting to the last level wasnt bad just the last level was horrid , i do remember it from first time around , but i was crap at it then , anyway just keep at it eventually luck will be on your side .... hopefully

There is a cheat code which takes you directly to the last boss which i used.
Prob took me about 20 attempts.

If I was you I would pause and save the game when I get in a good position. For example I did a combo chain of 4 or so and have more score then him. Then I can just reload the game from that particular paused time and keep trying until I get in a better and better position until eventually Robotnik gets beaten. ;p

i really dont like that mean bean game, if i could get through that and the Columns trophy, i should have no problems getting that platinum

I think I did it on my 12th try.This trophy really needs luck.

I got the Yatta trophy on my 5th try. I was just putting those beans in random places and I got lucky with a huge combo that nearly cleared my side and filled up almost all of Robotnik's side.

oh its an awesome game no question....half them games i still have for my sega genesis...i really only spent the $30(when it first came out) for the streets of rage collection...and the phantasy star collection...mmmmmm

I have to say it took me about 10 tries to get it, it may have been more, but I dont think it was. I simply got EXTREMELY LUCKY and got it as my first trophy on this game. (go check I did ).

Probably about 30-40 tries spread out over two days just did it about 20 minutes ago, as most of you already know its almost all luck.

i found a cheat that puts you on the last boss and tried my luck over ther..tried the first day about ten times..Not even one didnt got me close to beat him..I got angry and stopped for the day..next day got it on my second try..I closed and turned off everything around me and tried to focus on the colours..I got it!Reaaaaally needs luck or just be good at these games...
