Trophy Difficulty: 4/10

Road Map
I suggest starting the game on Hard since you need to complete this to unlock Crushing mode. It is up to you if you want to collect the treasure on the first or second play through. I would recommend collecting treausres on the second play through since the treasure guides can contain spoilers. With the first play through, just try to utilize every gun and different killing style to get those trophies since you will need to rack up a number of kills for these trophies, but they aren't too hard.

Once you have completed the first play through, then start crushing mode. Now make sure to go through the levels and find each treasure by following a treasure guide. You should know the levels now so it will be much easier to follow. However, the difficult part will be that cheats will be unavailable on your first Crushing play through.

If you have beat the game on Crushing mode and you have a few more trophies left, just load the game into Easy mode and have your way with it.

Do note that most trophies will count kills even after you restart a checkpoint, so if you feel that a certain spot in the game helps you rack up kills with a certain weapon, then feel free to always Restart Checkpoint. I will try to tell you the best places for these types of trophies below.

Platinum
Platinum
To obtain the platinum trophy you must collect all bronze, silver, and gold trophies in single player and online play.

Just collect all the trophies like any other game. Once you have all of them, them Platinum trophy will unlock.

First Treasure
Find one treasure

Pick up any treasure you find, but the best is probably the first one you come across. Treasures are scattered all around each level and shimmer on the ground. Press when you are standing over one to pick it up. This is much like picking up weapons but instead it is denoted with a small treasure chest.

You will come across your first treasure when you have climbed up all the train cars hanging over the cliff. Once you get onto land, turn right and walk to the tree. The treausre will be sitting at its base.

Apprentice Fortune Hunter
Find ten treasures

Find any ten treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 2.

For a list of all treasure locations with video, check Uncharted 2 Treasure Guide

Novice Fortune Hunter
Find 20 Treasures

Find any 20 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 4.

Cadet Fortune Hunter
Find 30 treasures

Find any 30 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 7.

Intermediate Fortune Hunter
Find 40 treasures

Find any 40 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 12.

Practiced Fortune Hunter
Find 50 treasures

Find any 50 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 15.

Proficient Fortune Hunter
Find 60 treasures

Find any 60 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 18.

Professional Fortune Hunter
Find 70 treasures

Find any 70 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 20.

Expert Fortune Hunter
Find 80 treasures

Find any 80 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 22.

Crack Fortune Hunter
Find 90 treasures

Find any 90 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 24.

Master Fortune Hunter
Find all 100 treasures

Find all 100 treasures across the levels of the game. If you collect all treasures from the beginning, you will receive this trophy in Chapter 25.

Relic Finder
Find the Strange Relic

The Strange Relic is found in Chapter 5, similar to Uncharted: Drake Fortune.

This relic is located just after spotting the helicopter and killing the guy on the roof, you jump down from the roof and head across the street to an open sewer. Drop down the sewer and it will be on a pile dirt in the corner.

Survivor
Defeat 75 enemies in a row without dying

Make sure to use a lot of cover and have plenty of ammo on hand. It is best to move around from cover to other cover to throw off the enemies and to pick up any ammo you may find. You probably won't count how many enemies you have killed in a row, so keep going until that trophy appears.

If you are looking for a certain spot to do this, then I recommend Chapter 19 - Siege, at the part where you come across the mounted turret gun. Here you should kill all the enemies surrounding the turret and the turret gunner. I liked going up top across from the mounted turret so that you can see the whole battle area. Once everyone else is dead and the turret gunner is killed, another soldier will spawn from the right side and run for the turret. This is an infinite spawn so just keep killing the men who are spawning there. Try not to run over to where they spawn since it will stop their spawning. It may be best for you to turn on the Infinite Ammo tweak from your Bonuses area.

20 Headshots
Defeat 20 enemies with headshots

When shooting enemies, try and aim solely at their heads. If you are taking cover you should kill most of them with a headshot since you aren't running around, just take your time and aim. If you are facing an enemy with a helmet, you will need to shoot that off first so pay attention.

100 Headshots
Defeat 100 enemies with headshots

Just follow the steps above, take your time and use weapons that are accurate like rifles and pistols. Sniper rifles are great for this since you pick off a lot of enemies at a distance and remain safe from their fire.

250 Headshots
Defeat 250 enemies with headshots

Once again, just aim and try to shoot at their heads. Keep in mind that a lot of guns have extra zooming when you click the button.

Headshot Expert
Defeat five enemies in a row with headshots

Not to difficult depending on your situation. Try to take cover and use an accurate and deadly weapon. Just take you time and kill all five enemies in a row with a headshot. If you mess up just move forward and try again.

Run-and-Gunner
Defeat 20 enemies by shooting from the hip (without aiming with L1)

Run towards weak enemies and press the fire button without aiming. This should cause you to fire the weapon but without good accuracy, just point at the enemies and hope he gets killed. This trophy is easy, just make sure the computer has trouble hitting you so they don't kill you since you are in the open.

Hangman
Defeat 20 enemies with gunfire by aiming while hanging

When hanging from a ledge or cliff, just push to aim and fire at enemies above or below you. Make sure to use this wisely since you may or may not have good cover while doing this.

To jump up to a ledge, hit the jump button and you will automatically latch on to any overhangs. To drop off to a ledge, make your way to the ledge and press the drop button to automatically drop and hang from it.

The easiest place to do this is in Chapter 5 when you get to the point where Chloe needs to get let through the red door and you must scale to the other side to unlock it. While scaling down the other side of the building you will need to crawl down a pole with a bunch of signs. Just hang off the top sign and a bunch of bad guys will come. Here you just need to shoot the 7 that will appear over time and just repeat that scene.

50 Kills: 92FS - 9mm
Defeat 50 enemies with the 92FS - 9mm

Found first in Chapter 6.

50 Kills: Micro - 9mm

70 Kills: FAL

70 Kills: M4

50 Kills: Dragon Sniper
Defeat 50 enemies with the Dragon Sniper

Found first in Chapter 14.

30 Kills: Moss - 12
Defeat 30 enemies with the Moss - 12

Found first in Chapter 3.

70 Kills: SAS - 12
Defeat 70 enemies with the SAS - 12

Found first in Chapter 22.

50 Kills: M32 - Hammer
Defeat 50 enemies with the M32

Found first in Chapter 6.

30 Kills: RPG - 7
Defeat 30 enemies with the RPG - 7

Found first in Chapter 6.

200 Kills: GAU - 19
Defeat 200 enemies with the GAU - 19

These are the guns the big armored soldiers carry, they look much like a big turret guns.

Found first in Chapter 19.

Since this will take you a lot of time, I liked loading Chapter 19 - Siege, and going to the area next to the mounted turret where the infinite spawn is located. I just purchased the GAU-19 from the Bonuses menu and turning on Infinite Ammo.

30 Kills: Mk-NDI
Defeat 30 enemies with the Mk-NDI

Grenades are plentiful and scattered across almost all levels. Just pick them up and throw them at enemies. You will get this in no time.

Found first in Chapter 4.

Triple Dyno-Might
Defeat three enemies with one explosion

Kill three enemies with any explosion device you might have. These could be a grenade, gernade launcher, RPG, or propane tank. Just make sure they are really close to each other.

When the first group of 4 come, they will gather near the concrete steps just below you and won't see you. Just shoot the propane tank that is near the wall when they come past it. You can also throw a grenade down their if you would like to do that instead.

Grenade Hangman
Defeat ten enemies with grenades by aiming while hanging

When hanging from an edge, throw a grenade at any enemy around you. Try and sneak up on them since they can be harder to hit when they run for cover. Hold to aim your grenade and press to throw it.

Here you just need to grenade the 6 that will appear over time and just repeat that scene.

Bare-knuckle Brawler
Defeat 20 enemies with hand-to-hand combat

When you are close to an enemy, it can be easier to kill him with hand combat than with weapons. Just push repeatedly and your player should start hitting him a number of times. After two to three hits, you should finish the enemy off.

You should get this with minimal effort after the first few levels which has a bunch of hand-to-hand combat. Stealth attacks also count for this trophy.

Bare-knuckle Slugger
Defeat 50 enemies with hand-to-hand combat

Follow the steps above, this will be easier to accomplish on a close quarters based map.

Bare-knuckle Expert
Defeat ten enemies in a row with hand-to-hand combat

This can be a little more difficult since you won't be able to use your weapons and large groups of enemies may be able to kill you easily if you have no cover. Just try to sneak up on enemies and keep behind cover.

Master Ninja
Defeat 50 enemies with stealth attacks

Before rushing enemies with your weapons, try and see if you can sneak up behind them. When you are directly behind them and unnoticed, push to perform a stealth attack. This will finish off the enemy with a melee attack that doesn't alert the other enemies around you

A great place to do this is in Chapter 2 when you are in the courtyard with the guards on patrol. There are 6 guards you can take down with stealth attack here. So you can reload last checkpoint and repeat.

Steel Fist Master
Defeat 20 enemies with a single punch, after softening them up with gunfire

When you are near an enemy, fire at him without aiming. This means just push and soften his health with usually a gun shot to the chest. After you have hit him with gun fire, run at him an melee him with . This melee should be the finishing blow that kills them.

Steel Fist Expert
Defeat ten enemies in a row with a single punch, after softening them up with gunfire

Perform the same steps as above, but defeat ten enemies this way. If your melee doesn't kill them, then expect to do it all over.

The easiest place to do this was in Chapter 4 - The Dig, just after you enter the hut where you find the grenades. Leave it and run towards the oncoming enemies. They come in small waves so you should have enough enemies to melee. But if it seems a little to hard, just load it into Very Easy difficulty.

Charted - Easy
Finish the game in Easy Mode

Complete the game on Easy difficulty. Any difficulties above easy that you complete the game on should also unlock this trophy.

Charted - Normal
Finish the game in Normal Mode

Complete the game on Normal difficulty. Any difficulties above normal that you complete the game on should also unlock this trophy.

Charted - Hard
Finish the game in Hard Mode

Complete the game on Hard difficulty. By beating the game on hard, the difficulty level of Crushing will unlock.

Charted - Crushing
Finish the game in Crushing Mode

Crushing mode is not available for selection until you beat the entire game on Hard difficulty. Once you beat the game on Crushing, the trophy is yours.

If you need help, there is a glitch in the game where you can use tiweaks on your first play through.

Uncharted 2 Crushing Cheat Glitch (How to beat Crushing quickly using Tweaks)

Thrillseeker
Complete one Competitive Multiplayer game

Enter into Multiplayer and set your game mode to something that is competitive. There are six competitive modes you can choose: Team Deathmatch, Plunder, Chain Reaction, Elimination, King of the Hill, and Turf War. Once you have completed a single match you will get the trophy. Just play and don't quit, skill doesn't matter!

Buddy System
Complete one Cooperative Multiplayer game

Enter and set your game mode to something that is Co-Op. The different Co-Op modes are: Gold Rush, Survival, and Co-op Objective. You don't need to win the match with your team to get the trophy, just stay with them until the match is over. Again no skill is needed.

If you know any parts of the game that people can play to achieve a certain trophy easier, let us know!

Uncharted 2 is harder than Uncharted 1, imo! Especially the final boss fight!

for the hanging parts I found it easiest when you have to open the red door for chloe. when you are climbing down the signs stop, 6-8 enemies pop out. This is the best time to get the hangman for weapons and hangman for grenades.

also you can reload checkpoint and spam all weapons, i tested this with the pistole (which you get in chapter 11 after leaving the throat of the statue) and killed the 3 guys, reloaded the checkpoint and did it until the trophy opened.

That's the place I just got grenade hangman to, it's also a good place for the Triple Dyno-Might trophy as well.

for pretty much all of the weapon ones, you can say "once you find this weapon do not drop it, if you run out of ammo, reload the previous checkpoint and repeat, this weapon spawns first in chapter ___ when _____"

Does the whole kill one die and repeat trick work with any of the ''Expert'' trophies like in Drakes Fortune?

Another good place to get the hanging trophies with even more people may be a little later in the game but in chapter 6 when you have to take that guy out on the truck with stealth hang from the truck

Look at that beautiful W/L Ratio. I owe that to playing with Terror, AgentZero, Submerge, and Breakpoint. We rape face guys!

+1 to that ^

found it very easy there, pretty much certain to get hangman simply by playing through twice

pistole location:
also, i found the pistole in chapter 10 (i think) just after you come out of the mouth of the big statue

easiest way i found for M32 + FAL + survivor:
cant remember exact chapter off top of head, but you start on one roof with 3x FAL's, and there is 4 (5?) guys on the roof next to you, one has the M32, kill them, lower the ladder, pick up the M32, and then 4 guys appear to your left, kill with M32, save and re-load check point, good for getting M32 + FAL + Survivor

(granted i didnt get survivor here, i didnt time correctly, and buggered it up on 72 kills, stats page...)

P.S. GROAN @ 100 treasures.... wasnt 60 enough in the last game =(

I found a very easy way to unlock Survivor, along with the other kill trophies.

On Chapter 19 (Siege), make your way to the first manned turret, which will only take a minute or two to get to from the start of the chapter. From there, clear out all the enemies in the area.

Next, climb up onto the rooftop opposite the turret (the turret will be directly facing this rooftop), and kill the turret-gunner with a well placed headshot. If you look to the right of the turret, you'll see another enemy running to the turret in an attempt to replace his fallen comrade. If you kill him, another will spawn...and so on.

Essentially, it's an infinite spawnpoint, assuming you don't leave the rooftop you're standing on (they seemed to stop spawning when I came off the rooftop). As long as you have the infinite ammo and one-hit kill cheats activated, you can pretty much whip out the minigun, aim where they spawn, and hold down R1 for a couple minutes :P

NOTE: In case you're confused on where this coveted "rooftop" is located, it's the same spot you obtain the Amber Skull Bead. Here's some pictures, courtesy of IGN:

For Steel Fist Expert (Silver) Best place is Chapter 4 of the dig while on the Very Easy difficulty. Use your .45 Defender and fire one bullet into the chest/stomach area of the grey soldiers then bum rush and press square. repeat 10 times, if you are going to take down a black soldier it is 2 shots to the chest then punch or 3 shots to the leg then punch. you can also use slow motion to make things easier.

You can do weapon kills and such with this method oscar but you cannot get the "in a row" trophies this way

Here's some pictures, courtesy of IGN:

how do i get infinite ammo and one-hit kill cheats activated?

Once you beat the game, go to 'Store' in the menu (or pause screen), then select 'Tweaks'.
